App vs. Browser: What's the Difference?
Our aloha native app (Android) and web app (iOS) offer faster performance than the browser version. The app caches game data, so you can view past results and account history even when offline. Push notifications alert you to live-game updates, market changes, and withdrawal status — a feature not available in the browser.
The web browser version works on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and requires no installation. Both app and browser paths access the same account, deposit and withdrawal methods, and betting markets. If you prefer simplicity and do not need offline access, the browser path is sufficient.
App advantages
- Faster page load and game launch
- Offline access to past results and account history
- Push notifications for live markets and withdrawals
- Smoother live-dealer video stream
- One-tap login with saved credentials
Device Requirements
On Android, aloha requires version 7 or later. Older devices (Android 6 and below) cannot install or run the app. On iOS, we support Safari browser access on iOS 12 and later. For the best experience, use a device with at least 100 MB free storage and a stable internet connection.
If your phone is too old or storage is full, free up space by removing unused apps or media files, then try again. For iOS users, any phone or tablet running iOS 12 or later will run the web app smoothly.
